Sunrise Today 25 April Cooktown
It rained all night and when the alarm went off for the Dawn Service, it was still raining and dark and dismal. So I went back to bed. When I woke up again it was 6.30 and the sky was streaked with a red sunrise.
Sunrise Today
This morning the sunrise was beautiful. Soft colors reflecting on a silent surface, there was barely a ripple on the water. It was perfectly still, like glass with soft and muted colors.
Sunrise 17 April
I wake up every morning when the sky starts to color with the sunrise. It was early today but rich with color, so leaving the little dog snuggled up asleep in his velvet bed, I collect the camera and open the gate to the sunrise

Morning Walk
I walked down past the bridge looking for the sunrise but too many trees. I came back and walked Endeavor River as far as I could and back. Its a beautiful walk…Last week the water was above the 2m mark today you can walk along the river bed.
Sunrise at Laura
There are beautiful sunrises and sunsets here and viewing is from the back of the home area where there is the staff living quarters and a holding paddock and dam. The home property is shaded with many different trees. Another beautiful day has begun.
